There are times in all of our lives when things fall apart. That’s happened to many people during the pandemic because of changes in work, school, childcare, and a range of activities. Of course, things have fallen apart for people because of the number of deaths due to COVID 19. Further, it’s not just the pandemic. Things fall apart in our lives for many different reasons. How we move through the experience of being overwhelmed, significantly stressed, and confused while trying to find the way forward draws on all of our resources: physical, emotional, and spiritual. Today, I am beginning a conversation on reorienting our lives when things fall apart.
