I’m spending eight days at the Benedictine Monastery of the Sisters of Perpetual Adoration in Clyde, Missouri. I’ve been friends with this community for over twenty years.
As I begin this time of spiritual retreat, I thought I’d share about what I do while on retreat and why I am here. This video will give you a better sense of my surroundings.
Take time to breathe deeply and be aware of the presence of the Holy One in you. The presence of the Divine is always in us and around no matter whether we are in a sacred place or stuck in rush-our traffic. Allow that presence to nurture you.
