When A Good Friend Dies

I wasn’t prepared for it.  But as I thought about it, I remembered other people mentioning it.  It’s the experience of growing older and watching longtime friends die.  It’s a unique loss.  When friends we’ve known for 20, 30, 40, or more years pass from our lives, it’s as if we lose part of our lives. In this video, I’m sharing my experience of having longtime friends die.  I’m very thankful for them.  But the bonds continue after they are gone.

  1. I learned of 4 more people in 2 different states who were just diagnosed with covid an hour prior to listening to this podcast. This was a timely, helpful reminder to “go with the flow.”…BTW, I have Johnny Walker red for everyday but I save the Black for my special friends like you!
