Making Real Change in Your Life

Each new year, we make resolutions.  Many of those resolutions are the same from one year to the next.  We start by thinking, “This will be the year that I do it!”  For some, it’s more exercise or weight loss. For others, it’s becoming a better person by kicking a habit or engaging in more meditation or prayer.  But by February, our familiar patterns continue unchanged. 

This week, I want to consider how we can make real changes in our lives to be the people we want to be.  I’m drawing on both behavioral and humanistic psychology, a spiritual foundation, and a belief that we can make changes for our own good.  Click the link and join me in thinking about how we can make those New Year’s resolutions a reality in 2022.  Thanks.
